Volleyball Lancashire restructured in 2007 and along with it the new committees were formed. This year we realised that one group didn’t have a voice in this new structure. As of this moment they do. A new Junior Committee has been discussed to add a member to the Executive Committee from June 2009. The opportunity is now there to input into the association officially. It also means that the ‘olds’ can pass the torch on to a new group of, trained and experienced, young players who will develop the association in the future.
